Pre-treatment

Jet printing

Hardening (cyclic oven)

  • The ink hardening cyclic oven achieves gradient temperature changes in the slabs through heating and circulation movement, which makes the curing temperature of the slabs more uniform, increases the efficiency of hardening.
  • By adjusting the temperature gradient, the ink penetration effect can be optimized.
  • The vertical cyclic oven structure can significantly save factory space.

Hardening (kiln)

  • The energy is mainly provided by heating and the residual heat from kiln.
  • The heat sources are distributed and supplied from different parts of the dryer, and the amount of incoming hot air is regulated by the damper of the air intake duct, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the temperature inside the dryer.
  • Stable heating ensures better penetration and adhesion of the ink and the slab, enhancing the color fastness.
